Looking back on this period of time past the college years, I feel that I am falling behind comparing to colleagues and friends. Since I can remember I have wanted to realize the millionaire dream, but it appears further from me as I grow older. Now that I am 25 turning 26, I believe this is a good time to rethink on many decisions I have made and will be making in the future. What do I really want if life and how can I achieve them? These are questions that I hope I can answer by recording and organizing pieces of my daily thoughts.
As a graphic designer, I am happy doing what I do. However, sometimes the tedious, monotone works do slowly take away my passion for design. I believe, a designer's value is no longer how well he/she can compose a piece of work, but should involve strategic planning for a project or even a company's long term goals. To do this I think experience is extremely important, and to quickly absorb such "experience level," I have decided that a blog is necessary to help me organize my learnings, ideas, and thoughts. So if I remain persistent in this endeavor, I believe in this blog you will find interesting details of a designer.
